About Kelsey (She/ Her)

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Oregon and California. I am a wife, mother, animal lover, former collegiate swimmer, comedy enthusiast, and former wilderness guide. I value courage, belonging, social justice, and faith.

I support youth, adults, and families in their journeys. For over a decade, I have worked in wilderness and transitional living treatment programs, in a college student health center, for department of human services child welfare, in private practice, and as a clinical supervisor for a non profit.

I believe that people desire to be fully known and accepted for who they are. Everyone has value, and each person deserves dignity, respect, and kindness, so I embody that in my practice. My primary vantage point is that people are a part of their environment and all aspects of a person's life shape who they are today. I work collaboratively with clients to help them identify their obstacles, strengths, support systems, and goals. I am passionate about building relationships with people and restoring shalom (wholeness, harmony, and peace) . It takes courage to be vulnerable and take a step towards change and growth, so together we will practice vulnerability and courage to reach your goals. It is my honor to be a small part of your journey.
