Welcome, I am glad you are here. I have a passion for accompanying youth and adults through life’s transitions and relationships. Therapy is a journey that includes curiosity, vulnerability, compassion, courage, and connection. Together we will work towards identifying areas of your life that are serving you and areas that are not. We will move towards wholehearted living. I utilize a Trauma-Informed Relational-Based approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, and mindfulness practices.
